Enrollment for the 2011-2012 school year is underway! Just complete the form below and from July 31, 2011 through March 31, 2012, every dollar you spend at Price Chopper will earn your school points toward new equipment.

Use this form to enroll for the first time or to change your previous school choice. Your registration is carried forward year-to-year, but to make sure you're still registered, check your enrollment. Please note the database is only updated periodically; if you just registered or recently changed your school choice on this form, the change won't be immediately reflected in the database.
