If you're a school program coordinator who has enrolled your school and who wants to now enroll parents in the program by entering their card numbers into the system, start by completing this form. Enrollment for the school year has started, so new card entries will be applied toward this year's effort. All fields are required so we can contact you regarding your school's point accumulation efforts and ensure your school is credited properly.
Enroll Multiple Cardholders Below
After submitting this form, you'll be prompted with a second form where you may enter as many as 10 AdvantEdge card numbers provided to you by participating parents. Each time you submit this second form, you'll be provided another opportunity to enter additional card numbers. When you're done, simply submit the last card numbers and disregard the form that will appear as a result.
This form is for school program coordinators to sign up many cardholders; individuals signing up their own cards should do so with our sign-up form for individuals.
