| Am I already enrolled? |
| Although AdvantEdge cardholders who signed up for our Tools for Schools program last year are automatically re-enrolled to support their school of choice this year, it's a good idea to check your card number to ensure you're enrolled and that the school you chose last year is still valid. Because school codes change periodically, and card numbers are occasionally entered incorrectly, we recommend you confirm your enrollment status. |

| What if I don't have an AdvantEdge Card? |
| If you don't already have an AdvantEdge Card, go to your local Price Chopper's Guest Services Desk. You will be issued an AdvantEdge Card immediately which you can then register here, or provide the card number to your school's Program Coordinator. |

| Do I earn points on everything that I buy? |
| Yes, with some exceptions. Lottery tickets, tobacco, alcohol, stamps, gift certificates and money orders are excluded from earning credit, as is sales tax. Everything else you buy will contribute points toward your school. Additionally, bonus points can be earned on specially marked items. |

| For how long will my purchases continue to earn points? |
| Your purchases will earn points between August 26, 2007 and December 15, 2007. |

| Can I check how many points I have earned? |
| Yes. You can see how many points you've earned by checking your register tape receipt. Your points and the points of others shopping on your school's behalf will help us allocate the program's resources appropriately so your school gets the equipment it deserves. |

| My school isn't listed. What should I do? |
| Contact school officials and tell them about the program. If school administration supports the effort, your school is far more likely to earn enough points for needed equipment. School administrators can contact a Tools For Schools representative at (800) 352-4658.

| How do my points increase my school's total points? |
| You earn points every time use your AdvantEdge Card. Your points are combined with the points of others who have also chosen to support your school. The total is compared to the totals amassed by other schools to calculate what percentage of the available equipment redemption points your school will be allotted. The school program coordinator uses these redemption points to purchase new equipment for the school. |

| What is the school program coordinator's role? |
| The school program coordinator's role is to promote the program by distributing information in school, communicating the program goals, entering AdvantEdge Card numbers provided by parents into the program, and to redeem the schools redemption points for new equipment. |

| How much can my school earn? |
| Price Chopper has committed $500,000 to this effort with the goal of supporting schools in the communities we serve. The portion of this that your school earns depends on the participation of parents in the program. |
