Enrolling your school lets us know to whom we should send materials such as our equipment catalog and helps us know how many students are enrolled in your school.
Step 2: Promote the Program
Once your school is enrolled, it's time to get the word out! We have provided program instructions, a list of important dates, forms for redeeming tape value and making special requests for equipment not found in our catalog. There are also letters to announce the program, clip art and other promotional materials for you to download and distribute.
Step 3: Enroll Cardholders
Shoppers who want to support your school can of course enroll themselves online, but we encourage you to take every opportunity to enroll cardholders on your school's behalf - whether that means distributing a sign-up list at basketball games and PTA meetings, or hosting an open house to gather cardholder information while you discuss Tools for Schools. We've provide an online form for you to enter up to 10 cardholder numbers at once - a real time-saver.
Step 4: Track Your School's Progress
We've provided a number of ways for you to track your school's progress through the program. You can check how many cardholders are enrolled on behalf of your school and check if a cardholder you entered has successfully been added to our database. Please note these databases are not updated instantaneously, but are updated periodically.
Step 5: Redeem Your Tape Value
As the school coordinator, you're authorized to redeem your school's Tape Value for needed equipment.
