Price Chopper celebrates the opening of Price Chopper Limited, a first-of-its-kind concept store in the heart of Saratoga Springs, NY that provides the surrounding residential community with a smaller, full-service grocery store designed to meet the needs expressed by this community and to complement the larger nearby Price Chopper stores. The new store, located within the Market Center development at the corner of Railroad Place and Church Street, was built in response to neighbors' requests for a quality supermarket to help round out the palate of accessible products and services throughout the walkable neighborhood. Barre Price Chopper Florist Receives Special Honor From Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice
Price Chopper and Dawn Borne, a florist at the Barre Price Chopper were honored by Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH) with the 2012 Hospice Partners Award at a Volunteer Award Ceremony, a culmination of National Volunteer Week (April 15 - 21.) The award ceremony, attended by CVHHH board members, employees and volunteers, recognized the efforts of more than 200 volunteers and included special honors for a half dozen individuals and organizations. Price Chopper Announces A Change To Fuel Advantedge And New Ways To Save
In response to the request that customers make most often - "How can you help me save more money on my food bill?" - Price Chopper will be making a change to its popular Fuel AdvantEdge promotion and introducing some major additions and enhancements to Price Chopper Value. Beginning Sunday, May 13, customers will earn 10 cents off per gallon for every $100* spent with their AdvantEdge card. All rewards will continue to be cumulative - throughout the transition and beyond - and can still be redeemed across the rest of the month in which they are earned plus 60 days. There are no other changes to the promotion, though plans are in place to feature a significantly increased number of opportunities in the weekly circular to help customers earn bonus fuel rewards, through sale product tie-ins and "double points" sales. Price Chopper Expands "Shops 4u" Online Ordering And Home Delivery System To Albany
Price Chopper has expanded its successful Shops4U program to Albany, giving customers of the Westgate Plaza store (911 Central Avenue) online access to all of the store's discounts and signature items, as well as fresh meat, produce and seafood and providing home delivery service. Price Chopper Shops4U, a service designed to provide customers with a way to shop online for thousands of products, have those products selected by trained Price Chopper teammates and then pick them up at the store or have them delivered directly to their homes, has expanded to the Albany area.
