In produce we will have more than 100 organic fresh items every day. Displays will be clearly marked and each item will be properly labeled. Conveniently, all organic fruits and vegetables will be displayed next to regular items. In Bakery, our Artisan and Alvarado Street breads will either be all natural or organic. And not to be outdone, our cheese and deli departments have added a variety of choices in the natural category.
The meat department will feature a Central Market Classics all-natural angus beef, produced by Certified Angus Beef, and a wide variety of natural chicken, pork and other fresh natural meat items.
