Yes! Have your card scanned every time you make a purchase at Price Chopper - including purchases at the Photo Lab, Floral, Deli, Bakery or Prepared Foods departments. Also, when you use your AdvantEdge card, purchases made at the Pharmacy also count toward Fuel AdvantEdge, except for state or federally funded prescription plans.

There is NO LIMIT to how many discounts you can earn.

Do my discounts expire? (back to top)
Discounts you earn will expire on a rolling schedule 2 months after the month in which they are earned. For example, all discounts earned in November 2006 expire January 31, 2007. Watch your Price Chopper receipts for discount totals and expiration dates. Price Chopper is not responsible if you let your points expire.

What if I spend less than $50 on my trip? (back to top)
That's OK, we keep track of what you spend and will add your purchases together. When you reach the $50 level you will earn a 10¢ per gallon discount.

What if I spend more than $50 on my trip? (back to top)
You don't lose credit for the amount you spent above the $50 discount level. Any amount you spend over the $50 level remains on your account, waiting for your next visit. Remember, EVERY $50 you spend gets you an additional 10¢ per gallon discount.

Must I use all my discounts on one fill-up? (back to top)
You have the choice to either use all your discounts on the fill-up or not use any. If you have more discounts than the price of gas, then any remaining discounts will stay on your card for a later visit.

What if my discounts are more than the gas price? (back to top)
If you've earned discounts worth more than the current price of gas, your remaining discounts will be saved for a future visit. (For example, if you have $3.00 per gallon in discounts and gas is $2.50 per gallon, 50¢ will remian on your account.)

What if my fill-up only takes 15 gallons? (back to top)
Your discount is good for 1 fill-up for a maximum of 20 gallons. Remember, once you use a discount, you need to start over building new discounts. Any gallons unused, can not be redeemed on a later fill-up.

Are there limits to redeeming? (back to top)
For your safety, only one vehicle can be filled up per transaction, to prevent the risk of fire. Your 1 fill-up is limited to 20 gallons, which allows most customers to fill up one tank of gas.

Is there a 20 gallon limit? (back to top)
Yes. And on some pumps, due to pump limitations, if you select a mid or premium grade of gas, the pump will only allow you to pump slightly less than 20 gallons.

Can I give my discounts away? (back to top)
No. You can not transfer your discounts to another AdvantEdge account.

Can family members take advantage of my discounts? (back to top)
You can share discounts only with family members who share your Price Chopper AdvantEdge Card account number.

Can I use my keychain tag at the pump? (back to top)
No. You can not use your keychain tag at the pump, just your "wallet size" Price Chopper AdvantEdge Card.
