Applying for Sponsorship Support:

Please submit your request on your organization's letterhead to our Community Relations Department at least 6-8 weeks before your event is scheduled to occur. We ask for the following information:
  • Organization Name and Address
  • Contact Name, Phone Number and/or Email
  • Organization's Website (If Applicable)
  • If the organization is a 501C3
  • Event Name, Date, Time, and Location
  • Admission Cost
  • Brief Description of the Event
  • Expected Attendance and Demographic
  • Organization Benefitting (if different from one requesting assistance)
  • Brief description of the organization and who it serves
  • What support is being requested from Price Chopper
  • How Price Chopper will be recognized as sponsor

Allow approximately 2-3 weeks to hear back from a member from our Community Relations Team.

Please note that we are unable to lend support to the following: individuals, annual meetings, endowments, film and video projects, funding for travel, organizations or events outside of our marketing area, events to raise funds for groups outside of our local community, conferences, conventions, symposiums, publishing, operating expenses, scholarship programs outside of our own, or capital campaigns of national, religious or political organizations.
