America's most authentic Italian Gelato is produced in Providence, Rhode Island. The name Roba Dolce means "Sweet Stuff" in Italian. Their Gelato and Sorbetto is created using the authentic methods from Florence, Italy by pumping fresh fruit flavoring into every batch. Gelato is similar to premium ice cream in taste and texture, but only contains 8 percent butter fat. The primary ingredient is milk instead of cream. By using the old world authentic Florentine methods, Roba Dolce is proud to produce a dessert with vibrant color, smooth creamy texture and full flavor. Sorbetto is referred to by some as "soft Italian ice", but would more accurately be described as non-dairy, non-fat gelato. Sorbetto is a blend of natural fruit, water and sugar. Roba Dolce offers a healthier choice without sacrificing flavor or texture. Now available in your Price Chopper freezer in the following flavors: Coconut, Double Chocolate Chunk, Pistachio Gelato and Lemon Sorbetto.
