Her pies are now produced at Madison Cortland ARC in Oneida, a non-profit organization that provides employment for the disabled. Cento's family of products in now available in Price Chopper stores! Some manufacturers of tomatoes use a mixture of reconstituted tomatoes, but not Cento. They wouldn't sacrifice quality for customers. Cento Crushed Tomatoes and Tomato Puree are made with 100 percent vine ripened tomatoes, picked fresh and packed immediately to preserve taste. Look for the Fresh Pack "not from concentrate" seal. Cento Italian Plum Tomatoes include the San Marzano DOP (Denomination of Protected Origin) variety. This "certified" DOP seal insures it is of the highest San Marzano quality, producing an incredible flavor. Cento's 28 and 35 oz. Italian Plum varieties offer the highest quality tomatoes in a thick puree producing a delicious flavor and thick sauce. Look for great recipes on all Cento Tomato product cans. Also, try Cento Anchovies - great taste right out of the can or in recipes. The anchovies include a Fillet and a Rolled Anchovy with a Caper. Look for Cento products in the Ethnic aisle.
