The Ottomanelli history goes back 200 years to Bari, Italy when the Ottomanelli family sold livestock to the local villagers. In 1932 the three brothers migrated to America. Over the years, Ottomanelli has become known for old fashioned butcher shop service - serving superior quality meats to thousands of New York City customers. Now, in 2008, consumers are looking for a healthier lifestyle. This has led Ottomanelli to create an "All Natural" line of meat products. Buying direct from farms that strictly adhere to all government guidelines for "All Natural", Ottomanelli then processes their meats in a U.S.D.A. inspected facility that is AIB certified excellent. The result is the F.
