Starting in mid-April and continuing in May, you will see Tide, ERA, Cheer, Gain, Dreft and Ivory changing to a new smaller size bottle and providing the same number of loads, but in a smaller bottle. Everything goes in half. Simple math with the size changes. Current 100 oz. goes to 50 oz 2X, 200 oz. goes to 100 oz. 2X, 300 oz. to 150 oz. 2X. The new sizes will clean the same number of loads because you use half as much when you wash. Tide and Gain brands will now have improved cleaning performance with the change. New 2X products will also use less plastic in each bottle and less water in the formula, which is good for the environment. Bottles will be easier to handle, carry, pour and store.
