Kasia's award winning Pierogi, Blintzes and Potato Pancakes are living proof of the American dream. Kazimiera Bober, (Kasia) a Polish immigrant, earned her way in the United States by doing what she did best, cooking and persevering always focusing on making authentic, high quality food. What makes Kasia's so special? We use only fresh potatoes in our fillings as opposed to potato flakes. Our dough is formulated to be thinner and softer. There are no preservatives or fillers used in Kasia's products. Every item is made from all natural ingredients. The fillings in our Pierogi are 45 percent of the total weight.
