Welcome to the House of BBQ We've got what you need for a hot time on the grill.
Get Grillin' Tonight
There's nothing more all-American than a summer cookout. Who doesn't remember being a kid and being fascinated by the smoke and flames of the grill and the incredible aroma of sizzling beef and chicken? When you heard the magic words, "come 'n get it", and bit into that juicy hamburger or hot dog, you knew that was what summer was all about. Make those memories brand new this summer with the help of Price Chopper's House of Barbecue! Soon you'll be singing "Not Cookin' Tonight, We're Grillin' Tonight!"

Dry Rubbed Baby Back Pork Ribs
This assertive taste sensation enhances the natural flavors of ribs, especially when cooked in the great outdoors! Brown sugar and a touch of honey caramelize on the grill creating a crunchy exterior that seals in natural juices.

Gourmet Kabobs Make Grillin' Easy
These gourmet kabobs are marinated, convenient and perfect for the grill! Our Certified Angus Beef® kabobs are available in our Steakhouse or Teriyaki marinade or plain. And our 100 percent All Natural white meat chicken kabobs are available in our Zesty Italian marinade, Barbecue or plain.
|
Bun Bustin' Italian Sausage Links
Our new extra large gourmet sausage patties and "Bun-Bustin'" 7-inch sausage links are sure to satisfy your biggest appetite! Made with all natural imported spices, they taste absolutely outstanding combined with our freshly baked Portuguese rolls! Choose from hot, sweet, pepper and onion or cheese and garlic. Available in our meat department.
Use a lower grill heat to prevent burning the outside of the sausage before the middle is cooked. This cooks the sausage gently while retaining juices and flavor. Don't puncture the sausage skin as this will leak the juices and cause grill flare-ups.

Fresh Split Grilling Chickens
These individual sized, all natural, Government Grade A Split Grilling Chickens are great for your barbecue! They're readied in our meat department to pop on your grill or under the broiler. Try them plain or marinated in our special barbecue seasoning.
Keep your cool with a lower grill setting when cooking bone-in and skin-on chicken, especially with larger cuts. Keeping the grill between 230 and 250 degrees means chicken may have to cook for as long as 3 hours, but the result is chicken that's golden brown on the outside and cooked completely through. Use tongs to turn the chicken - piercing the skin will cause chicken grease to cause flare-ups ... and keep the sauce to the side until the last few minutes to prevent charring. In a hurry? Consider par-boiling your chicken to speed grillin' time.

Assorted Grilling Vegetables
It's so easy to grill vegetables with the assorted grilling vegetable in our produce department. Made fresh in-store daily, we've done all the work for you! Just place the veggies on the provided skewers, brush with oil, and season to taste!
Soak wooden skewers to make it easier to thread vegetables onto them and to prevent them from burning. Grill veggie kabobs over medium heat for 12 to 14 minutes, or until the vegetables are gently browned. Turn them over only once during cooking. For a little additional variety, add chunks of pineapple to a few kabobs.

Try Our Patio Steaks!
Price Chopper's Patio Steaks are made of tenderized Certified Angus Beef® flank steak wrapped around western grain fed all natural pork tenderloins. They are seasoned with all natural imported Montreal spices, and are great for grilling or baking! Be sure to slow cook them, as the beef may cook faster than the pork.
The tenderloin is the leanest and most tender cut of pork. Because it's so lean, the careless grillmaster may overcook it. One way to help prevent this is to marinate it before grilling - think garlic and onion or teriyaki.
